About the Artist

Hong Xiangxi
Hong Xiangxi, originally from a chemical background and seeking a life of tranquility and poetry, transitioned into full-time ceramics in 2017. In 2020, he opened HXX Pottery Studio. His works are primarily handmade and adorned with engobe, making each piece one of a kind, impossible to replicate. He currently resides in Jingdezhen, nestled near the mountains.
